Our products are exclusively organic and are grown on authorized farms, ensuring that each package meets exceptionally high purity standards. At https://springsnaturals.pk/, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a generous cancellation policy to assist our valued consumers whenever possible.
Under this policy:
We will only consider cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if we have already initiated and shipped the order, we cannot entertain the cancellation request. If you receive damaged or defective items, or if the products received do not match the description on the site or your expectations, please report the issue to our email id: springnsnaturals@gmail.com. Kindly include images of the damaged shipment, packaging, and invoice. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and decide within 24 hours of receiving the products. Upon approval of the cancellation or replacement request, the full amount, except for the courier charges, will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days. If you wish to return a damaged or unsatisfactory product, you will be responsible for the shipping/courier charges. In case of overpayment, the excess amount for one transaction will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Thank you.
